Seminole Isle, the other waterfront.
That’s right, we don’t just have bay from properties beachfront homes and condos or Intracoastal waterways and canals we also have some beautiful lakes in our area.
Lake Seminole is one of them and Seminole Isle waterfront condos and town homes is my favorite property on this Lake. Compared to everything else you get a lot of property for your money. Seriously, you cannot beat the prices in Seminole Isle. These waterfront condos were built about three years ago and the small units (1500 square feet) sold for $380,000. They are now on the market for around $200,000. We are talking Granite counter tops, high ceilings, covered parking, nice water views,  gated community, tropical pool setting, tennis courts, fishing dock, private little beach and all this across the street from Seminole park. Where else can you possibly find real estate deals like this? Seminole Isle has about 80 town homes and 6 condo building with 30 units each. There are 3 different floor plans for the condos, 1500 sf, 1700 sf, and 2100 sf. The 2100 sf condos are all corner units with lots of light coming in. The town homes also have 3 different floor plans. Seminole Isle is located right in the heart of Seminole, only minutes from the beaches.

Seminole Isle has large screen in Balconies and the units on the first floor have an extra big terrace plus the balconies.

The landscaping and tropical feeling is just great. I have never seen the pool crowded.
